We are proud to announce that we are taking on the distribution of the Australian Smoked Egg Company, Smoked Eggs.  These Eggs are Free Range from their own farm in Victoria.  They go through a special patented cold smoking method.  This stops the ageing process and kills any bacteria, it also adds a smokey flavour to the egg. 

Cold Smoked Raw Eggs, are delicious Poached, fried baked or in a sauce.

They are still raw and liquid inside.  They are just like a normal egg and can be used the same except they have a fantastic smoky flavour.  The Smoked eggs have around three to four months shelf life which could be extended in the future.  They have been through extensive lab tests and at 18 weeks they are still as fresh as the day they were laid with no micro bacteria, unlike normal eggs which at 18 weeks have over 150 million
